Project Execution
Project Run-Through:
This Cedral cladding project required careful planning and precise execution to seamlessly integrate around various projections and extensions, each with differing pitches and angles.
To ensure a smooth, cohesive finish, we proactively extended the roof verges using dry verge systems, allowing the cladding to tuck beneath with optimal coverage and reduced maintenance. Achieving this level of detail demanded foresight and adaptability, particularly when mid-project adjustments arose. Fortunately, due to thorough preparation and experience, we encountered no major issues.
We coordinated scaffolding, deliveries, skips, and trades to maintain an efficient workflow, allowing each stage to progress smoothly. Special considerations, such as accommodating existing pipework and services, were assessed and addressed before installation began.
Most of the cladding was pre-cut to specification, minimising disruption on site. The result was a clean, non-invasive installation that enhanced both the function and aesthetic of the property.
At RG Bespoke, we pride ourselves on precision and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Project Completion
Bringing the Vision to Life
The impact of this project on the overall appearance of the house is nothing short of remarkable. As the installation progressed, I received numerous compliments from neighbours, all expressing admiration for the stunning transformation. Some even lamented having recently invested in re-rendering their homes, wishing they had opted for a similar upgrade instead.
Even after five years since its completion, this home continues to captivate attention with its exceptional aesthetic appeal. Whenever I pass by, I find myself compelled to admire the enduring beauty of the cladding installation. Its timeless elegance serves as a testament to the enduring quality and craftsmanship that went into its creation.
